The Homeownership and Asset Development Center is a program of Crawford-Sebastian Community Development Council, Inc. C-SCDC is a private, non-profit corporation committed to helping individuals and families become more self sufficient by improving housing conditions and promoting homeownership opportunities for low to moderate income households.

Crawford-Sebastian Homeownership and Asset Development Center helps over 250 Families a year purchase their own home through counseling and help with down payment and closing costs.
